About our products

Important News:  As of 1 January 2012 Kekus will no longer sell Calico or LensFix in order to care for a family member.  I hope to return to active development in July.  In the mean time, I will provide limited support and keep the download live for existing customers.

Best regards,

Kevin K.

Calico Panorama  - Calico is an automatic multi-row stitcher for the casual photographer and now comes in two versions.  The original Calico 1 was completely automatic with the exception of output options and cropping.  While this worked well most of the time, many users wanted more control in the few cases where automatic stitching failed so Calico 2 was developed. Calico was developed with ease of use in mind. Unlike many other stitching programs, Calico does not limit you to a single row of images or a 3x3 mosaic. With Calico, you can shoot several rows of images or a single row. It's your choice. Calico requires OS X.5 (Leopard) or later.

LensFix - Our LensFix image correction program includes three versions.  Photoshop CS3 and CS4 compatible plug-in and stand alone application for individual image correction. LensFix includes a database of correction settings for hundreds of popular cameras including digital SLR lenses. With LensFix CI you can automatically correct distortion and manually fix chromatic aberrations and vignetting and alter the image perspective. The stand-alone version works as an external editor for Adobe's Lightroom and Apple's Aperture.  The license for LensFix also registers the Panotools Photoshop plugins (separate download).

Legacy Products - PTMac and PTBatch are legacy panorama creation products which work in OS X.5 and earlier.  These programs are included here for those on Mac OS 10.5 and earlier.  Snow Leopard (10.6) and later may be able to use PTMac using the individual layers output option and then use Xblend to blend the layers into a seamless panorama.  The PanoTools Photoshop plug-ins work in Photoshop CS3 and CS4 but are no longer actively developed.  Xfuse is a free program for 'fusing' light, medium and dark images to make a natural looking image that shows details in light and dark areas.  Xfuse is a front end for the complex enfuse program.  Donations are appreciated but not required.
